ELROY, TX – One person was killed in an accident involving a motorcycle and a truck in southeast Travis County this evening, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

Person in critical condition after motorcycle accident on FM 969 and Decker

AUSTIN, TX – A person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a motorcycle collision on FM 969 Road early this morning, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Decker Lane and FM 969 Rd at 4:41 a.m. and involved a single motorcycle.

One person was unconscious when authorities arrived and was declared a trauma alert. The victim was taken to Dell Seton with life-threatening injuries.

20-year-old motorcyclist possibly hurt in crash on 24th St

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist was possibly injured during a collision on 24th Street on Wednesday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

31-year-old motorcyclist killed while trying to pass car in NE San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 31-year-old motorcyclist was killed after he attempted to pass another vehicle in northeast San Antonio this morning, according to Fox 29 San Antonio.

The accident occurred in the 500 block of Walzem Road at about 11:30 a.m., when a 31-year-old man was reportedly swerving between lanes.

The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet at the time, tried to pass a vehicle on its right side as it was performing a right turn.

Travis County deputy killed in motorcycle crash while returning home from Louisiana

MILANO, TX (MILAM COUNTY)  – An off-duty Travis County deputy was killed in a motorcycle accident while traveling back from Louisiana on Friday night, according to a story by CBS Austin.

The accident happened on westbound US-79 at about 10:15 p.m. when the driver of a 2007 Pontiac G6 sedan, a 17-year-old boy from Cameron, went over the center line and into the lane of oncoming traffic.

The Pontiac collided with 48-year-old Sr. Deputy Robert (Drew) Small, who was operating a 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle at the time.

Small, who was reportedly off-duty and returning from Louisiana, died at the scene.

The 17-year-old was not immediately reported as injured.

Officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety are looking into the accident at this time.
