AUSTIN, TX – Emergency services northwest of Austin have reported delays resulting from a collision near Lakeline Mall Thursday evening.

According to the Austin-Travis County traffic report page, the incident occurred near the intersection of Research Boulevard and Lakeline Boulevard at about 4:13 p.m.

Police have not released any information regarding the cause of the crash or if any injuries were sustained as a result. However, the incident caused delays along the Highway 183 service road throughout Friday evening’s rush-hour.

Collision causes delays in Northeast Austin

AUSTIN, TX – Emergency services in Northeast Austin were forced to shut down a portion of U.S. 290 following a collision Thursday night.

According to the Austin-Travis County traffic report page, the accident occurred within the westbound lanes of U.S. 290 near Johnny Morris Road shortly after 8:00 a.m.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX – Officials in Pflugerville are reporting major delays resulting from a collision on the Wells Branch Parkway Thursday evening.

2 hospitalized following multi-vehicle collision in Leander

LEANDER, TX – Two motorists were rushed to the hospital following a multi-vehicle collision in Leander Wednesday morning.

The crash happened in the 17400 block of Farm to Market Road 1431 shortly after 9:00 p.m., according to KXAN. Officials found two victims unconscious at the scene of the crash. One man in his mid-60’s and a woman in her 20’s.

Both victims were rushed to a local hospital to be treated for serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. Information on the cause of the collision has not yet been made available.

2 Hospitalized following West Austin crash

AUSTIN, TX – Two individuals were rushed to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash west of Austin Tuesday evening.

According to the official Twitter page of Austin – Travis County EMS, the collision occurred within the 10555 block of SH 71 at about 6:41 a.m.

Officials extracted one patient who was pinned inside of their vehicle and transported them to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, potentially life-threatening injuries.

Another person involved was taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center to be treated for potentially serious injuries.

Crash closes road in downtown Austin

AUSTIN, TX – Officials with the Austin Police Department were forced to shut down a portion of a busy downtown street following a collision late Thursday evening.

AUSTIN, TX – Authorities in South Austin have reported injuries resulting from a collision along U.S. Highway 290 Friday evening.

Driver flees after being involved in a North Austin crash

AUSTIN, TX – Investigators with the Austin Police Department are searching for the individual involved in a fatal collision northwest of downtown Wednesday morning.

According to KVUE, the accident occurred at 7655 FM 620 around 7:00 a.m. Police say the victim was struck while attempting to leave an apartment complex. They were subsequently ejected from the vehicle and hit by multiple oncoming cars.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver who initially struck the car was transported to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

A female motorist said to be involved in the crash fled the scene before officials arrived. Police are still working to identify that individual at this time.
