One dead, two hospitalized after head-on collision near McNeil Drive

AUSTIN, TX- A multiple vehicle, head-on collision killed one and sent two others to an area hospital Tuesday night near McNeil Drive, according to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.

At approximately 9:22, a collision occurred in the intersection of McNeil Drive and San Felipe Boulevard. Officials responded to the accident and found multiple injuries and one unconscious. CPR was performed on one individual but was found to be unsuccessful. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Two other victims were subsequently transported to Round Rock Medical Center.

Information released on victim killed in Jollyville Road crash

AUSTIN, TX- A 20-year-old was killed in a two-vehicle collision earlier this month on Jollyville Road, according to KXAN.

At approximately 9:08pm on August 17, an unidentified 20-year-old driving a blue Hyundai collided with a black Honda HR-V that drove into oncoming traffic near 11000 Jollyville Road. The Honda struck the Hyundai and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash shortly after.

Man killed in one-vehicle Norwood Park Boulevard crash identified

AUSTIN, TX- Officials have identified the individual who crashed into a retaining wall on Norwood Park Boulevard earlier this month, according to KXAN.

The accident occurred early August 18 in the intersection of Norwood Park Boulevard and I-35. 37-year-old Sean A. Henderson II lost control and struck a retaining wall after failing to stop at a stop sign. He was pronounced dead the next day at a Round Rock area hospital.
