AUSTIN, TX – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) reported the closure of FM 812/973 east of US 183 due to a car crash at around 3:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.

AUSTIN, TX –South Austin Police closed off a portion of State Highway 71 following an accident during Thursday evening’s rush hour.
The incident happened shortly after 6:00 p.m. at 910 East Ben White Boulevard near the SH-71 on-ramp, according to the Austin – Travis County traffic report page.
Luckily no one was hurt in the crash. Although, the incident caused a major rush hour traffic delay throughout Thursday evening. All lanes along E. Ben White Boulevard and SH-71 have since been reopened.
