TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – According to the City of Austin, the Travis County Sheriff’s Office responding to a crash on Nameless Road in northwest Travis County.

The incident occurred at around noon today near Nameless Ranch Road. It is currently unclear if anyone was hurt.

UPDATE: Driver arrested following crash south of Austin

TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – According to KXAN, a driver has been arrested following a crash on FM 1625 for failure to stop and render aid.

The accident took place yesterday on FM 1625 near Creedmoor. 23-year-old Sergio Ramirez Gonzalez has been charged with failure to stop and render aid with bodily injury. Gonzalez is accused of intentionally over accelerating. His vehicle left the roadway and he struck another car as he tried to get back on the road.

Gonzalez fled the scene of the crash on foot and was later apprehended.

One killed, 5 injured in Travis County collision

TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Emergency Services in Travis County are reporting one dead and five hospitalized following a serious crash near the Colorado River Wednesday night.

According to the official Austin-Travis County EMS Twitter page, the crash occurred within the 5200 block of FM 620 at about 8:20 p.m.

Officials pronounced one victim dead at the scene. Three people were transported to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with serious, life-threatening injuries. The fifth victim was taken to Baylor Scott and White Lakeway Hospital with minor injuries.

Details regarding what may have caused the crash have not yet been released. We will continue to monitor this developing story and provide any updates as soon as they are made public.
