Austin Police: Woman injured in early August crash dies
AUSTIN, TX – The woman who was severely injured following a multi-vehicle crash northeast of Austin on August 10th as passed away.
According to the Austin American Statesman, 80-year-old Inez Whitener was driving eastbound on Bradbury Lane when she was struck another vehicle at the intersection with Dessau Road on August 10th.
Whitener was rushed to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center immediately following the crash. She died a few weeks later on August 21st.
Aside from a few citations, no charges have been filed against the other driver involved in the crash.
