A member of a fishing boat crew was killed and 2 others were still missing after their 81-foot craft collided with a 600-foot chemical tanker, according to a January 15 article by OA Online.

The incident happened in the afternoon of January 14, near the entrance to Galveston Bay, just off the Texas coast. The fishing boat Pappy’s Pride capsized after crashing into the tanker Bow Fortune. Two of the fishing crew members were rescued and turned over to paramedics. However, the search continued until January 15 for the two other crew members.
