Person critically hurt after vehicle collides with pole on Research Blvd
AUSTIN, TX – A person was critically injured after colliding with a pole on Research Boulevard last night, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The accident occurred between 8907-8939 Research Boulevard service road northbound at 7:49 p.m., when a driver collided with a pole.
One person was unconscious when medical personnel arrived. Authorities performed CPR on the victim and were able to regain a pulse.
The victim was taken to Dell Seton for the treatment of critical, life-threatening injuries.
Drivers were told to expect traffic delays in the area.
