Suspects on the run after crashing vehicle into San Antonio light pole
SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officials with the San Antonio Police Department are searching for two individuals who crashed their car into a stoplight and fled the scene early Tuesday morning.
According to KENS, the collision happened at about 4:00 p.m. within the intersection of the I-35 Frontage Road and Division Avenue south of downtown.
A witness believes they saw the driver speed through the red light and crash into the light pole. After the collision both a male and female occupant exited the car and sprinted away on foot.
Police say the vehicle was not stolen. No identifying information on the suspects has been released as of Wednesday evening.
