One dead following San Antonio freeway crash

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A San Antonio man was killed after being involved in a rollover collision northeast of San Antonio early Monday morning.

According to KSAT, the crash occurred along Loop 410 near the Nacogdoches Road overpass at about 2:30 a.m.

San Antonio police say the man collided with the center divider at a high rate of speed. The impact caused the vehicle to roll over a number of times, ejecting the passenger in the process.

The victim was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center upon emergency services’ arrival on the scene. Details regarding their identity have not yet been released.

Williamson County collision kills one

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX – Emergency services in Williamson County responded to a fatal collision along Interstate 35 Monday night.

The crash happened within the 12200 block of the I-35 frontage road southbound at approximately 5:00 p.m., according to KXAN.

Fire and EMS officials arrived on the scene to find one victim had died as a result of the crash. No reports of any other injuries have been released as of Tuesday night.

The circumstances that led up to the deadly collision are still under investigation.

Accident reported in Southeast Austin

AUSTIN, TX – Officials in Del Valle responded to a crash that closed at least one lane along Texas Route 71 Thursday evening.

According to KXAN, the crash happened along TX-71 westbound at the Ross Road overpass near Southeast Metropolitan Park at about 7:20 p.m. No injuries have been reported at this time. However, police are advising motorists to avoid this portion of westbound TX-71 until the crash can be cleared from the road.

TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Emergency Services in Travis County are reporting injuries related to a crash near Bull Creek Friday evening.

The crash occurred at about 6:15 p.m. within the 6000-7000 block of Spicewood Springs Road near the intersection with Old Lampasas Trail, according to the Austin-Travis County traffic report page.

UPDATE: Victim killed in North Lamar rollover accident

AUSTIN, TX – Police in North Austin have reported the death of the victim in an earlier reported crash on North Lamar Boulevard Thursday.

The vehicle involved in the crash rollover within the 2600 block of North Lamar Blvd. at around 7 p.m. The occupant was rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center and died shortly after their arrival, according to KXAN.

Urgent crash reported near downtown Austin

AUSTIN, TX – Emergency Services in Austin are responding to an urgent crash on Interstate 35 northbound just south of the Colorado River.

The accident occurred at about 10:05 p.m. along I-35 Northbound near Riverside drive. Officials have not yet closed off the road. However, delays are likely as the investigation is still ongoing, according to the Austin-Travis County traffic report page.
