ROUND ROCK, TX – A person was fatally struck by a train in northeastern Round Rock this evening, according to the Round Rock Police Department.
Officers are responding to a fatality of a pedestrian who was struck by a train near the 3200-block of E Palm Valley Blvd on Sunday evening. The pedestrian was pronounced dead on scene. There are no other reported injuries and currently no road closures. TIME: 6:30pm pic.twitter.com/YgiNRRsprw

The accident happened in the 3200 block of E Palm Valley Boulevard at about 6:30 p.m., when a pedestrian was hit by a train.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, died at the scene.
No other people were injured in the accident, and authorities did not anticipate closing any roadways.

ROUND ROCK, TX – A collision on I-35 in Round Rock caused traffic delays and closures last night, according to the Round Rock Police Department.
Traffic Update – The turnaround from northbound to southbound IH35 at Hesters Crossing is closed due to a motor vehicle accident. #RRTraffic

The accident happened on the turnaround from northbound to southbound I-35, near Hesters Crossing Road, at about 8:55 p.m.
Authorities closed the turnaround as they worked the accident. By 9:42 p.m., the roadway was open again.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available, and it is unclear if anyone was injured as a result.

ROUND ROCK, TX – A rollover accident on northbound I-35 in Round Rock this morning led to traffic delays of about 50 minutes, according to a tweet by the Round Rock Police Department.

The crash occurred on I-35 near Round Rock Ave at 11:25 a.m. when at least one vehicle rolled over an unspecified number of times.
Authorities shut down all but one lane of the interstate until 12:15 p.m.
It is unknown what caused the accident or if anyone was injured.

ROUND ROCK, TX – A man died Wednesday afternoon after a plane crash near Interstate 35, north of Round Rock, according to KXAN.
The crash that killed the unidentified victim occurred around 1 p.m., near Farm to Market Road 1431 and about a half-mile west of Interstate 35.
The small plane, a two-engine Cessna, caught fire after it crashed and its smoldering debris was caught on video by a witness.
Authorities shut down westbound lanes of FM 1431 following the crash.
The accident is under investigation at this time by the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
