Three arrested after crashing a stolen car while attempting to flee San Antonio Police

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officials with the San Antonio Police Department arrested three minors after they crashed a stolen car into a fence while trying to evade police early Tuesday morning.

According to News 4 San Antonio, the incident occurred at about midnight when police attempted to stop the stolen vehicle within the intersection of Rigsby Avenue and South WW White Road. The driver immediately sped away, and police were forced to stop the chase due to a “no pursuit policy.”

The vehicle was soon found after it collided with a fence just a few blocks away. Police arrested and booked the suspects on a number of charges.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the collision.

Rush-hour crash blocks lanes on I-10

KERRVILLE, TX – Travis County Authorities were forced to block at least one lane following an accident on Interstate 10 during Wednesday evening’s rush hour.

According to KXAN, the incident occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-10 near the exit to Harper Road shortly before 5:00 p.m. Details regarding any injuries sustained resulting from the collision have not been made available.

Police are advising motorists to avoid the area throughout Wednesday night as this situation is still ongoing and delays are likely along this portion of I-10 until the wreckage can be cleared from the roadway.

Man identified in fatal San Antonio collision

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officials with the San Antonio Police Department have released the identity of a man killed in a high-speed collision Saturday.

According to KSAT, 28-year-old Patrick Aaron Flores died after he rear-ended another vehicle at a high rate of speed within the 8100 block of Blanco Road around 3:00 a.m.

Flores was pronounced dead upon emergency services’ arrival at the scene of the crash. A female passenger in the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No updates on her condition have been made available as of yet.

Motorist collides with semi-truck on I-35

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police responded to an incident involving an automobile and a semi on Interstate 35 south of downtown San Antonio late Sunday night.

According to KENS, the incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. on I-35, just south of its intersection with U.S. Highway 90. Police say the driver of an automobile rolled the car after colliding with the rear end of a semi along the freeway.

Neither of the drivers involved in the collision was injured as a result of the crash. Police do not believe alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
