20-year-old motorcyclist possibly hurt in crash on 24th St

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist was possibly injured during a collision on 24th Street on Wednesday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

The accident occurred at 1506 W 24th Street at 8:23 a.m., when the operator of a white 2015 Ducati motorcycle reportedly made what was described as “faulty evasive action.”

The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old man, sustained possible injuries during the crash.

No other people were reported as injured.

Two seriously injured in South Austin motorcycle crash

AUSTIN, TX – Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries following a single motorcycle collision south of Austin Friday evening.

The crash occurred within the 11800 block of Old San Antonio Road just after 6:00 p.m., according to the official Twitter page of Austin- Travis County EMS. Officials noticed two victims had been injured upon thier arrival on the scene.

Both patients were transported to Dell Seton Medical Center. One individual was treated for potentially life-threatening injuries while the other’s injuries were considered to be potentially serious.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation as of Friday night.

Two injured in Burnet Rd motorcycle collision

AUSTIN, TX – Two people were injured, one critically, in an accident involving a car and a motorcycle today near the Brentwood area, according to the official Twitter account of the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The accident happened in the 5700 block of Burnet Road at 8:52 p.m.

One person was seriously hurt in the collision and is being treated for life-threatening injuries at Dell Seton.

Another victim received non-critical injuries, though officials had yet to determine if they would be taken to the hospital or not.

The circumstances of the crash and the identities of the victims have not been made public at this time.
