The incident occurred Tuesday morning, in Rauget Street. 16-year-old Joel Escoto was driving an SUV with 17-year-old Ricardo Ramirez when he lost control of the vehicle. It caused the SUV to roll over and Ramirez’s arm to be impaled by a hurricane fence. In response, Escoto freed Ramirez but he couldn’t find his phone to call for help. Luckily, Ramirez’s home was nearby, so he was able to call for help from there.
